The Trnová community at Jíloviště is located in a picturesque area of the former Prague-West district, in a protected scenic reserve between the Vltava and Berounka rivers. Trnová, which was founded already in 1342, lies at an elevation of 340 meters and its boundaries stretch all the way to the banks of the Vltava River.
The dominant feature of Trnová is the originally
Gothic church of the Holy Spirit from the 14th century.
Also interesting is the local small chateau, which
is being extensively renovated and transformed into
a bowling alley.
Neither we can omit the manor that was built during
the first half of the 18th century. Currently, horses
are stabled here, which offers an opportunity to explore
the local countryside from a horse's saddle.
